Job Title: Chaat & Indian Breakfast Chef (Commi / DCDP)

Job Summary

Hamein ek aise chef ki zaroorat hai jo Indian Street Food (Chaat) aur Traditional Breakfast banane mein expert ho. Aapka kaam hoga subah ke nashte se lekar shaam ki chaat tak ka poora section sambhalna, taste maintain karna aur hygiene ka dhyan rakhna.

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)

1. Chaat Section Ki Taiyari

• Mise-en-place: Rozana fresh chutneys banana (Meethi imli, Teekhi mirch, aur Garlic chutney).

• Live Counter: Guests ke samne speed mein Pani Puri, Papdi Chaat, aur Bhalla Papdi assemble karna.

• Frying: Samosa, Kachori aur Aloo Tikki ko perfect crispness ke saath fry karna.

• Flavour Balance: Chaat mein khatta, meetha aur teekha balance barakarar rakhna.

2. Indian Breakfast Section

• Tawa Work: Har tarah ke Parathe (Aloo, Paneer, Mix Veg) banana aur unhe sahi dhang se serve karna.

• Regional Dishes: Poha, Upma, Chole Bhature, aur Poori-Bhaji ki preparation aur service.

• South Indian (Agar required ho): Dosa ka batter taiyar karna aur crispy Dosas, Idli aur Sambar banana.

• Wastage Control: Raw materials ka dhyan rakhna taaki zyada wastage na ho.

3. Safai aur Quality Control

• Hygiene: Apne station ko hamesha saaf rakhna (Clean-as-you-go policy).

• Standard Recipe: Har dish ka taste hamesha ek jaisa (consistent) hona chahiye.
