We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in multi-cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of cuisines such as Continental, Indian, Chinese, and Italian, while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of multi-cuisine dishes as per company standards
Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during service hours
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Train and guide junior kitchen staff and helpers
Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a multi-cuisine kitchen
Strong knowledge of Continental, Indian, Chinese, and Italian cuisines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operation
