• Check quality, taste, and presentation of finished products.

• Manage baking inventory and request ingredients as needed.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Basic knowledge of baking and cake decoration.

• Creativity in designing cakes.

• Attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to work under time pressure.

• Assist in preparation of ingredients (weighing, chopping, measuring).

• Follow instructions from senior bakery staff.
