Prepare a variety of cakes, pastries, muffins, cookies, and other baked desserts.
Innovate and design attractive and delicious cakes (including theme/custom cakes).
Decorate cakes and desserts using various techniques (fondant, cream, chocolate, piping, etc.).
Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency of products.
Maintain inventory and manage ingredients stock.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal products.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and baking equipment.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Cake & Pastry Chef.
Strong skills in baking and cake decoration.
Knowledge of eggless/vegetarian recipes preferred.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle large orders.
Flexible with shift timings and able to work during weekends or festivals if required.
Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery.
Experience in a commercial bakery, pastry shop, or café.
