A Pastry Chef at Mesuré is responsible for preparing, baking, assembling, and decorating cakes, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, and tea cakes with consistent quality, clean finishing, and a fresh, natural look. The role includes managing daily production, following recipes and measurements accurately, maintaining strict hygiene, organising prep and ingredients, monitoring oven timings, and ensuring all orders are completed on time. The chef must keep the workstation clean, minimise wastage, maintain stock levels, and guide junior staff when needed. We’re looking for someone with pastry experience, good flavour sense, neat finishing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy hours.
