RJ’s Cozy Corner is a warm, friendly café known for its comforting food, delicious beverages, and cozy atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled café cook who can prepare a variety of popular dishes and beverages while maintaining quality, hygiene, and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of café menu items such as:

  • Pizza, Pasta, Maggi, Sandwiches, Burgers, Fries

  • Mocktails, Cold Coffee, Milkshakes, Smoothies, and other beverages

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development for new café-style dishes.

• Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are clean, organized, and stocked.

• Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with serving staff to ensure timely service.

• Manage ingredient inventory and assist in daily stock checks.

• Uphold café brand standards and ensure a welcoming experience for customers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a café, fast food outlet, or restaurant (preferred).

• Knowledge of basic continental, Italian, and café-style dishes.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during rush hours.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
