We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth business performance. The candidate should have good leadership skills, strong communication, and knowledge of cafe operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily cafe operations efficiently
Handle staff scheduling, training, and team management
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
Control food cost and operational expenses
Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures
Increase sales through promotions and customer engagement
Maintain SOPs and ensure staff follow company policies
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafe or restaurant management
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management
Ability to handle pressure and manage a team
Presentable personality and customer-focused attitude
