We are looking for an experienced Bulk Kitchen Chef to manage large-scale food production in a corporate / industrial kitchen. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity cooking, food safety standards, and team coordination.
Prepare and cook food in large quantities as per daily menu plan
Ensure taste, quality, and consistency in bulk production
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Supervise kitchen helpers and staff
Monitor stock, raw materials, and wastage control
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area
Coordinate with store and management team
Minimum 2–5 years experience in bulk cooking / industrial kitchen
Knowledge of Indian cuisine (South Indian / North Indian / Chinese preferred)
Ability to handle 200–1000 pax food production
Basic understanding of food cost control
Physically fit and able to work in shifts
