Biryani Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chinese Cook to join our team for a cloud kitchen located in Manorayana Palya, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in preparing authentic and high-quality Chinese cuisine.

• Gender: Male

• Age: 25 – 55 years old

• Experience: Proven experience as a Chinese Cook, capable of handling all aspects of kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and inventory management.

• Location: Manorayana Palya, Bangalore

Work Schedule

This position involves a split shift:

• Morning/Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Evening/Dinner Shift: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and skill)

• Accommodation: Provided by the company

• Food: Provided by the company (on duty)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to the kitchen's recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure all food is prepared timely, correctly, and presented well for delivery/takeaway.

• Manage and maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management for ingredients and supplies.

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation during peak hours.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
