Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality, consistent coffee and tea drinks following recipes and techniques.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, make recommendations, and handle payments (cash/POS systems)

Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
