Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process transactions using a POS system.
Answer customer questions regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and menu items.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with a professional and friendly attitude, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Suggestively sell and promote menu items, retail merchandise, and ongoing promotions.
Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards (e.g., espresso shots, latte art, milk steaming).
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other preparation equipment.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, including the bar, customer areas, and restrooms.
Wash dishes and utensils as needed.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and notify management of low stock.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with food preparation (e.g., heating pastries, making sandwiches) as required.
Communicate effectively with team members and management during shifts.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions.
