Job Title: Barista – Yo Grub Café (Gurugram)

Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:
Yo Grub Café is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering quick service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items as per standard recipes

  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment

  • Handle customer orders efficiently and provide quick service

  • Upsell combos and add-ons to customers

  • Manage stock levels and inform for replenishment

  • Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)

  • Good communication and customer handling skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and team player

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: As per experience
