Roles & Responsibilities BARISTAS-:
1) Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality standards.
2) Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
3) Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely.
4) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and work area.
5) Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
