What You’ll Be Doing
Your role is a blend of craft, chemistry, and hospitality. You won’t just be "making coffee"—you’ll be Curating an experience.
Coffee Craft: Dialing in espressos, steaming silky micro-foam for latte art, and brewing manual pours (V60/Aeropress).
Guest Engagement: Welcoming customers with a genuine smile and helping them choose beans or drinks based on their taste preferences.
Quick Bites: Using basic induction cooking to prepare light cafe fare (think artisanal toasts, salads, or heated sandwiches).
Bar Maintenance: Keeping the station "competition-ready"—clean, organized, and stocked.
Quality Control: Ensuring every cup that leaves the bar meets our specialty standards.
What We’re Looking For
Communication: You are fluent in English/Hindi/Marathi and can explain coffee notes without sounding like a textbook.
Technical Skill: Previous experience with a semi-automatic espresso machine is a huge plus, but a "student mindset" is mandatory.
Kitchen Comfort: Familiarity with basic induction cooking and food safety.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to brew.
Vibe: You stay calm under pressure (even during the Sunday morning rush).
