Full Time
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to quality standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Take customer orders and process cash/card payments accurately.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
Restock coffee beans, milk, cups, syrups, and other supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints politely.
Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.
Requirements:
Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
