Barista Trainer – Tealogy Cafe Pvt. Ltd.

Salary: ₹16,000–₹30,000 | Experience: 3+ Years
Travel: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Train franchise staff in Barista Skills & Beverage Preparation.
Provide training on SOPs, Recipes, Quality & Hygiene Standards.
Conduct franchise outlet visits and staff performance training.
Support new outlet setup and staff training.
Ensure consistent product quality and café operations across outlets.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Barista & Café Operations.
Good communication and training skills.
Willingness to travel to franchise locations.
