Job Title: Bar Service Executive (Female Preferred)

Work Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (All 7 Days)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Bar Service Executive (Female Preferred) for our vibrant bar in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and passionate about delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently

• Recommend cocktails and promote premium beverages

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service and bar areas

• Follow responsible alcohol service standards

• Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints

• Manage billing and process payments using POS systems

• Coordinate with bar staff and floor team for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred

• Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or bar service is a plus

• Fluent in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Neat, well-groomed appearance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working all 7 days a week

• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude

Working Hours:

🕒 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (No weekly offs)

Compensation:

💰 ₹15,000/month (in-hand salary)
💸 Tips: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (on average)
🍽️ Staff meals + in-house perks included
