We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare high-quality beverages and maintain excellent service standards in our pure vegetarian restaurant. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of hot and cold beverages, coffee brewing techniques, hygiene practices, and customer interaction.
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, and specialty drinks.
Follow pure veg guidelines—ensure no non-veg items or ingredients are used.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion standards.
Experiment with and recommend new beverage ideas suitable for a vegetarian menu.
Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders accurately.
Explain beverage options and suggest pairings with veg dishes or snacks.
Handle customer feedback politely and professionally.
Set up and maintain the beverage station with all essentials.
Operate coffee machines, blenders, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
Maintain inventory and inform management for replenishment.
Ensure correct billing and handle payments when required.
Follow FSSAI standards and restaurant hygiene protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, syrups, milk, and garnishes.
Previous experience as a Barista or in beverage preparation (preferred).
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, grinding, and equipment handling.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.
As per industry standards and experience.
Full-time / Shift-based.
