KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) – Barista | Subko Coffee
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages as per brand standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable café experience.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
Educate customers about coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
Handle POS billing, cash transactions, and order management.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the café.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
Assist in opening and closing café operations.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Achieve sales targets through upselling and promoting café products.
Maintain coffee equipment and ensure proper usage and cleanliness.
Follow SOPs and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming café environment.
