Job Description

As a Barista, you’re not just behind the counter—you’re at the heart of creating memorable customer experiences. You’ll craft coffee beverages, serve desserts with warmth, and ensure every customer walks away feeling seen and cared for. This isn’t just about transactions—it’s about true hospitality. We’re looking for someone who greets every guest with a smile, remembers regulars, anticipates needs, and makes every visit feel personal.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
Serve desserts with care and knowledge
Greet and assist customers with warmth and attentiveness
Handle billing and operate the POS system efficiently
Share the daily sales and inventory report at the end of your shift
Keep the workspace and service area clean and organized
Uphold hygiene and service standards at all times
Create a welcoming and joyful environment for customers, even during busy hours
Immediate joiners preferred
