We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash or digital payments.
Educate customers about our menu, recommend drinks, and upsell food or beverage items.
Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
