We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team and be a part of a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality hot & cold coffee and beverages.
Have knowledge of espresso, brewing methods, milk steaming and basic latte art.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
Provide friendly and excellent service to every guest.
Handle orders efficiently while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and café standards.
Assist with inventory, stock management and daily café operations.
Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy hours.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista/café experience is preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in coffee are also welcome.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000/month (depending on experience)
