Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, cold brews, and signature fusion coffees)
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards
Engage warmly with customers and explain menu items when required
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstation
Follow café SOPs, recipes, and service standards
Assist in opening and closing duties
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
Minimum 6 months – 3 year experience as a barista (preferred)
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso extraction
Passion for coffee, learning, and hospitality
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
