Barista

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-friendly Barista / Coffee Maker who can prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The candidate should have knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, machine handling, and café hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages such as:

  • Espresso

  • Cappuccino

  • Latte

  • Americano

  • Cold Coffee

  • Mocha and other café beverages

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment efficiently

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Handle customer orders professionally

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter and equipment

• Refill stock and manage ingredients like coffee beans, milk, syrups, and toppings

• Follow food safety and café SOPs

Key Expectations

• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques

• Basic latte art skills preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista/Coffee Maker preferred

• Experience in café, coffee shop, or QSR preferred

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
