We’re Hiring: Senior Barista

• Understands beans, roast profiles, grinding, and brewing at a deep level
• Pays attention to taste, texture, aroma — and customer reactions
• Actively seeks feedback and refines recipes

• Can occasionally step behind the counter and run the show when needed

What you’ll do:
• Create and develop innovative coffee recipes
• Work closely with customer preferences and evolving tastes
• Conduct hands-on R&D for new beverages
• Standardize recipes for consistency across outlets
• Manage occasional shop operations and serve customers
• Bring passion, creativity, and precision to every cup


We’re looking for:
• 5–6 years of experience in coffee/brewing
• Strong practical knowledge of coffee machines, beans, roasting, and brewing techniques
• Someone skill-first — certifications are great, but your craft matters more
• Prior experience working with specialty coffee chains like Third wave Coffee or Blue Tokai coffee Roasters is highly preferred.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 5 - 6 years of experience.
