Job Description – Barista

Location: Coffee Kiosk / Corporate Site
Reporting To: Store Supervisor / Manager

Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring excellent customer service, hygiene, and smooth kiosk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standards

  • Operate coffee machines and POS/cash counter

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

  • Manage basic stock and follow safety guidelines

  • Provide polite and prompt customer service

Requirements:

  • 10th/12th pass

  • 0–2 years experience

  • Basic coffee knowledge and good communication skills

  • Willing to work in shifts

Compensation: As per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
