Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot & cold beverages as per standard recipes.
· Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other bar equipment.
· Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
· Take customer orders and provide excellent, friendly service.
· Recommend beverages and upsell additional items to increase sales.
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar and café area.
· Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
· Follow food safety, hygiene, and café SOPs at all times.
· Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
· Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
· Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
