Role Overview:
The Team Member will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth outlet operations. This includes handling food preparation, cleaning duties, inventory management, and customer service. This role requires dedication, cleanliness, and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Food and beverage preparation as per company recipes and portion sizes
• Customer order taking with politeness and accuracy
• Serving and handing over customer orders as per self-service format
• Maintaining outlet cleanliness including mopping, dusting, and surface sanitizing
• Assisting in daily and weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Stock receiving, arranging and daily inventory updates
• Following opening and closing checklists
• Adhering to grooming standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols
• Supporting team members and reporting to the Restaurant Manager
• Participating in any promotional setup or marketing activities
