Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, cold beverages, and other café products as per standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and work area.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage ingredients.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper inventory usage.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth outlet operations.
Follow cash handling and billing procedures when required.
