Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join Labonel. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café items as per Labonel standards.

• Greet customers and ensure a pleasant service experience.

• Handle the coffee machine, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counters, and equipment.

• Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.

• Support daily café operations and assist team members when needed.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Barista (café experience preferred).

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Hotel Management preferred.

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and café operations.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Presentable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
