Barista

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our café as Barista / Senior Barista. The role involves crafting high-quality hot & cold beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring smooth café operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of hot & cold beverages, including Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Espresso, Cold Coffee, Shakes, and Mocktails. • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks. • Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming café environment. • Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation. • Assist in stock management and daily café upkeep. • Train and guide junior staff (for Senior Barista role). Requirements: • Prior experience as a Barista preferred (1–3 years for Senior Barista). • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, beverage preparation, and presentation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced café environment.
