Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene and customer service within the company facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare espresso-based beverages, tea and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders and brewers.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafeteria/serving area.
• Handle POS transactions including cash/card payments.
• Serve snacks and beverages to employees and visitors.
• Ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow company food-safety and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
• 5–8 years of relevant Barista/Hospitality experience.
• Good knowledge of commercial coffee equipment and coffee varieties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• English communication skills preferred.
• Should own a vehicle for daily commuting.
