Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Craft espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and tea, often with specialty techniques like latte art.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, explain menu items, and handle payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Inventory & Cleaning: Restock supplies, clean the seating area, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
