Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Habidade and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, teas, and smoothies, according to company standards and customer preferences.

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and offer information on menu items.

Equipment Operation:

Safely and efficiently operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment, and ensure they are clean and well-maintained.

Workspace Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including countertops, machines, and seating areas.

Sales and Transactions:

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and inform managers of stock needs.

Health and Safety:

Follow all relevant health and safety regulations to ensure food and beverage safety for both customers and staff.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
