Culinary Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Gourmet Investments Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹19,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks as per recipes and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area, tools, and equipment.

• Take customer orders, provide friendly service, and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Manage bar inventory, check stock levels, and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards while working efficiently during busy hours.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or Bartending certification and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with Bar techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
