Barista / Café Associate

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000/month + incentives
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with the right attitude can apply)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Barista / Café Associate to join our team and help us prepare and serve fresh, high-quality beverages and food.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced but small team where cleanliness, consistency, speed and attention to detail matter.

What You'll Do

• Prepare smoothies, shakes, juices, coffee and other beverages according to recipes

• Handle basic food preparation and plating

• Ensure every order is made consistently and correctly

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen/bar area

• Handle ingredients responsibly and minimise wastage

• Pack orders carefully for delivery

• Help with opening and closing the outlet

• Keep track of basic inventory and inform the team when ingredients are running low

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist with other day-to-day café operations as required

What We're Looking For

• Someone who is reliable, energetic and hardworking

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable working on their feet for extended periods

• Willingness to learn recipes and follow processes precisely

• Basic communication skills

• Previous café, restaurant, barista or kitchen experience is a plus

• Freshers are welcome if they have the right attitude
