Job Title: Tea Barista / Bubble Tea Specialist

We are launching a modern, premium Tea Bar offering specialty teas, bubble tea, fruit teas, cheese foam teas.

Our focus is on high-quality drinks, fast service, and a great customer experience.

We are looking for energetic and skilled Tea Baristas who can craft beverages with consistency and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, matcha, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes

• Cook tapioca pearls and manage toppings (boba, popping boba, jellies, etc.)

• Prepare cheese foam, syrups, and tea bases

• Follow exact measurements and SOPs for consistency

Service & Operations

• Serve customers politely and take orders efficiently

• Maintain speed during peak hours

• Ensure drink presentation and quality standards

• Suggest add-ons and upsell beverages

Hygiene & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of tea counter and equipment

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Store raw materials properly

• Track daily stock and inform manager for replenishment

Teamwork

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

• Support opening and closing duties

• Assist in training new team members

Requirements

Must Have

✔ 1–3 years experience in café / bubble tea / beverage counter
✔ Knowledge of tea, coffee, or cold beverages
✔ Fast hands and ability to work under pressure
✔ Good hygiene and grooming
✔ Friendly and customer-focused attitude

Good to Have

✔ Experience with bubble tea or specialty drinks
✔ Experience using shakers/sealers
✔ Basic English communication
