Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per outlet standards.

• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.

• Take customer orders politely and ensure quick service.

• Maintain the cleanliness of coffee machines, workstations, and the service area.

• Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and outlet SOPs at all times.

• Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant service experience.

• Support team members during busy service hours.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setup preferred.

• Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and machine handling.

• Basic English communication preferred.

• Presentable personality with customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible with shifts and operational timings.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
