Job Summary:

Bakingo is looking for passionate and customer-oriented Baristas to join our store team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining café hygiene standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, and other beverages as per company standards.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu recommendations.

• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages.

• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter, machines, and seating area.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations when required.

• Coordinate with store staff for smooth daily operations.

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.

• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations preferred.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and festive periods.

• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a Barista, Café Associate, or in Food & Beverage industry will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
