Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and well-presented Barista who can create a great customer experience along with serving quality coffee and beverages.

The candidate should have good communication skills in English, be soft spoken, confident while interacting with customers, and maintain a professional grooming and dressing sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café orders efficiently

• Handle espresso-based beverages with consistency and quality

• Knowledge of manual brewing methods such as V60, French Press, AeroPress, Pour Over, etc.

• Should be skilled in basic latte art

• Interact with customers politely and create a welcoming experience

• Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Ensure customers feel comfortable and encouraged to revisit the café

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation standards

• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations

• Follow SOPs and maintain consistency in beverage quality

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of café/barista experience

• Good spoken English communication

• Soft spoken with positive customer handling skills

• Good dressing sense and professional appearance

• Ability to handle dine-in customers confidently

• Knowledge of specialty coffee and coffee extraction basics

• Experience in manual brewing and latte art is mandatory

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
