Role Description

This is a full-time Barista located in Ahmedabad, food & accommodation will be provided. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and mocktails with exceptional quality. You will also handle food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. The Barista will interact with customers, manage cash transactions (Pet Pooja KOT), and help train junior baristas, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Barista skills and experience with coffee preparation

• Latte Art

• Introducing 2-3 new drinks every 2 months

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills

• Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members

• Experience with garnishing & beautification

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a café
