Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Crazy Coffee, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes

• Take customer orders and handle cash and digital payments

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and equipment

• Ensure stock levels of ingredients and consumables are maintained

• Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials

• Follow safety and food hygiene standards

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers and team members

• Report to the Shift/Store Manager as required

Requirements:

• 12th pass or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in a café or F&B setting preferred (not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible with shift timings, including weekends and holidays

• Team player with a customer-focused approach
