Key Responsibilities
Beverage & Food Preparation
Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, and other beverages as per café recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Prepare and serve food items as required.
Customer Service
Greet every customer politely when they enter the café.
Take orders accurately and assist customers with menu choices.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
Billing & Order Management
Enter orders correctly in the billing system.
Ask for customer name and phone number at the time of billing.
Ensure bills are processed accurately.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, and café area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
Stock & Inventory
Monitor daily stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Inform the manager if any stock is low.
Team Coordination
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow instructions from the Shift Manager or Café Manager.
Work Discipline
Staff must remain alert at the counter.
Eating, using mobile phones, or unnecessary talking at the counter is not allowed during duty hours.
Staff are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (training can be provided).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork and positive attitude.
Working Hours
As per café shift schedule (approximately 10-hour shift).
