Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage recipes, customer service, and maintaining café hygiene standards. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while creating a welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, cold brews, smoothies, and other beverages as per standard recipes

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment efficiently

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality

• Handle customer orders, billing, and basic POS operations

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service area

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

• Upsell menu items and suggest beverage pairings to customers

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in café operations preferred

• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and brewing methods

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts

• Positive attitude and team player mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specialty coffee and manual brewing methods

• Basic knowledge of café menu planning and beverage innovation

• Familiarity with POS software

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
