CGS (Coffee, Grill & Shots) is looking for energetic, customer-focused Café Staff to join our team at our pure-vegetarian destination located on AB Road (easily accessible from Scheme 59, Scheme 103, Choithram, Rajiv Gandhi Square, Rajendra Nagar, Amitesh Nagar, and Bhanwarkuan), Indore.
📍 Location: AB Road / Scheme No 59 Area, Indore (Full-Time, On-Site)
🎯 Experience: 2+ years in Café / QSR / Restaurant Service
Role Overview:
We are seeking a warm, proactive team member to manage customer interactions, keep floor operations running smoothly, and deliver a seamless guest experience. You will be the friendly face of CGS, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every order is executed to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately at the counter, and assist with menu recommendations.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and station organization across dining, counter, and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery and quality presentation.
• Operate POS billing systems quickly and accurately during peak hours.
• Handle guest queries politely and resolve quick floor requests to maintain a welcoming vibe.
