We're Hiring Barista — Sukoon Cafe, Dwarka Sector 7

Brewed with soul, sipped in peace.

Sukoon Cafe is a specialty coffee cafe with an in-house micro-roastery, led by a certified specialty coffee roaster. We're looking for a barista to join our team and help us serve great coffee in a warm, lo-fi, cozy space — not a corporate chain vibe.

What we're looking for:

Genuine passion for coffee and the cafe industry — someone who wants to grow in this space, not just clock hours.

Willingness to learn manual brewing, espresso, latte art, and specialty coffee techniques.

Warm, friendly, guest-first attitude — comfortable talking to customers and building regulars.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Basic English/Hindi communication skill.

Bonus points for:

Prior barista or F&B experience
Existing knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, or latte art
Experience handling workshops or live customer-facing events
