Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light snacks
Operate coffee machines (espresso, grinder, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area
Handle customer orders and provide excellent service
Manage billing and payments (if required)
Restock ingredients and supplies
Follow cafe standards and recipes

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of coffee making (training can be provided)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English required; Marathi is a plus)
Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts
Prior cafe or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
