Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining café hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter, equipment, and work area

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent guest service

• Take customer orders accurately and process billing when required

• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Support the team during peak operational hours

• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the café/bar counter

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation

• Hands-on experience with espresso machines and grinders

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure

• Positive attitude and team player mindset

• Immediate joiners preferred

Qualification

• High School / Diploma / Hospitality background preferred
