Barista – Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation and be able to prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare different types of coffee such as Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, and other specialty coffees.

• Prepare and serve various hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other bar equipment properly.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café/barista counter.

• Manage basic inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of different coffee and beverage preparations.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
