Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, teas, and other café products while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Handle customer orders and provide excellent guest service. Operate POS systems, process billing and payments, and manage online orders. Independently handle café opening and closing procedures, including daily sales reconciliation. Maintain stock, inventory, equipment cleanliness, and proper storage practices. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth café operations and follow company SOPs and safety standards
